CNBLUE, 5000 people gathered at Japan Fanmeeting, a great preview of the on-coming Major Debut
Boy-band CNBLUE held their 2nd fanmeeting in Japan capturing the hearts of Japanese fans.
CNBLUE held their ‘CNBLUE 2nd Offcial Fanclub Event 2011 ~ Welcome to BOICE JAPAN II ~ in National Convention Hall of Pacific Yokohama, Japan. The fanmeeting took place with 5000 female fans of CNBLUE’s fanclub BOICE Japan.
CNBLUE was already active in the indie scene in Japan before their debut in Korea, and although they have yet to have a major debut in Japan, all their releases like CD and DVD receives much interest and even topped the Oricon chart. The ticketing for this fanmeet started last April and sold out as soon as it was open. The press conference that took place before the actual fanmeet was swarmed with Japan reporters, affirming their popularity.
CNBLUE performed passionately in the fanmeeting, playing 13 songs including the songs from their recent release 1st full-length album in Korea, ‘Intuition’ and ‘Love Girl’. They also had a talk time with the fans as well as gave their precious items as presents to their fans.
CNBLUE member giving their message, “It has been a while. We were really worried when we heard about the earthquake news while we were doing our promotions in Korea, but looking at all the fans who came here, we are relieved.” They also said, “I wish the music we perform today can be an encouragement to those who are affected (victims).” They also revealed, “It has been 5 months since our last live performance in Japan, we hope to perform again soon.”
