Super Junior thanks fans for their ‘Music Bank’ win

On August 12th, Super Junior took home another award for their comeback track “Mr. Simple” from KBS’s ‘Music Bank‘.

Leader Leeteuk tweeted, “Another win on Music Bank! So many amazing things have happened for us… our win on ‘M! Countdown‘, our single is #1 on Japanese music charts and #3 on the World Billboard Charts, and we are #6 for most albums sold in the world! Thank you to all of our fans who made this possible!”

Attached to the tweet was a picture taken with his fellow SuJu members, along with their trophy.

Leeteuk concluded, “We will work harder and continue to improve… E.L.F members, we love you!”

Netizens commented, “I’m glad things are going well for you guys“, “A round of applause for all your hard work“, and “You guys look excited, Congrats!”.

Donghae, Heechul, and Yunho mark their 10-year friendship with a photo

Super Junior’s Heechul and Donghae posed with TVXQ’s Yunho for a snapshot commemorating their 10-year friendship.

On August 12th, Kim Heechul tweeted, “It’s been 10 years as Heerobbong, Yurobbong, and Dorobbong. Why did you nickname me Heerobbong so I can’t even talk about our episodes on broadcasts, Yunho?“.

In the attached picture, Heechul is seen posing charismatically with labelmates Donghae and Yunho. While the picture of the three friends is certainly charismatic, many fans raised an eyebrow over Heechul’s nickname because ‘Heerobbong’ is a Korean term for ‘methamphetamines’.

Netizens who saw the picture commented, “Heerobbong? It sounds a bit wrong …“, “Handsome people befriend each other“, and “The three of you match well“.

T-ara’s Jiyeon is gaining attention for her playful selca update.

On August 13th, Jiyeon uploaded a picture and tweeted, “I’m concerned about my bangs.” In the picture, Jiyeon is seen making a variety of silly faces, including one where uses her hair to make a cute mustache.

Netizens commented, “Everything you do is pretty“, “The goddess has arrived“, and “Your hair looks more mature than ever“.
